1. About these terms

MNB World (also referred to as MNB World Shop and MNB Marketplace, “we”, “us”, the “Platform”) operates an online marketplace at www.mnbworld.shop where users buy and sell digital products, digital services and physical goods.

By creating an account or using the Platform you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and verify it before your account is activated. You are responsible for keeping your password and account access secure, and for all activity on your account.

One person should maintain one account. Accounts created to evade suspensions, manipulate ratings or abuse promotions may be closed.

3. Roles: buyers, sellers and service providers

You can act as a buyer, a seller or a service provider. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, for owning or being authorised to sell what they list, and for delivering exactly what was described.

Listings may require ownership verification and review before they become publicly visible.

4. Escrow, orders and delivery

When a buyer places an order, the payment amount is held in escrow by the Platform. Funds are released to the seller after the buyer confirms delivery, or after the review window closes without a dispute.

If the delivery does not match the listing, the buyer may open a dispute before funds are released. Escrow remains frozen until the dispute is resolved by the Platform.

5. Deposits, wallet and withdrawals

Wallet balance is credited only after the payment provider confirms the deposit to our servers. Amounts shown before confirmation are pending and not spendable.

Withdrawals are subject to a security hold period after funds are received, minimum amounts, processing fees shown at request time, and manual review. We may delay or decline a payout where we reasonably suspect fraud, chargebacks or breach of these terms.

6. Physical goods

Physical goods are currently limited to Pakistan and, within it, Sargodha city. A delivery location is required for physical orders.

Sellers must ship promptly and provide tracking or handover details where applicable. Returns are handled through the Platform's return workflow and can result in escrow funds being returned to the buyer.

7. Prohibited items and conduct

You may not list or trade stolen accounts or data, hacked or fraudulently obtained assets, malware, illegal goods, counterfeit items, or anything that infringes another party's intellectual property.

Off-platform payment requests, fake reviews, harassment, spam and attempts to circumvent escrow are prohibited and may lead to suspension.

8. Fees

The Platform may charge commission on completed orders, withdrawal processing fees and fees for optional promotion features. Applicable fees are displayed before you confirm the relevant action.

9. Disputes and moderation

Disputes are reviewed using the order record, chat history and evidence submitted by both parties. The Platform's decision on the release, refund or split of escrowed funds is final within the Platform.

We may remove listings, restrict features or suspend accounts that breach these terms.

10. Liability

The Platform provides marketplace and escrow facilitation. It is not the manufacturer, author or provider of the items listed by users. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from transactions between users.

The Platform is provided on an “as is” basis and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. Continued use of the Platform after an update means you accept the revised terms.
