How escrow works
MNB Marketplace sits in the middle of every transaction. Buyers never pay a stranger directly, and sellers never deliver without knowing the money is already secured.
01
Order placed
Buyer pays. Funds are captured into escrow.
02
Escrow funded
Seller is notified that money is secured.
03
Delivery
Seller delivers inside the order thread.
04
Release
Buyer confirms and the seller is paid.
For buyers
- 1Place an order and pay — the money goes into escrow, not to the seller.
- 2Share your requirements inside the order thread.
- 3Receive the delivery: files, credentials, transfer or completed service.
- 4Inspect it. Accept to release funds, or request a revision.
- 5Not as described? Open a dispute and escrow stays frozen until it is resolved.
For sellers
- 1Publish your listing with clear scope, delivery time and price.
- 2Get notified the moment an order is placed and escrow is funded.
- 3Deliver inside the order so there is a timestamped record.
- 4Funds are released once the buyer accepts, or automatically after the review window.
- 5Build a rating that only verified buyers can contribute to.
Disputes are reviewed, not ignored
If a delivery does not match the listing, escrow is frozen while both sides submit evidence. Our review team decides the outcome: full release, partial release or refund.
